Nose: aromas of fresh red fruits (raspberry, strawberry, blackcurrant) very typical of Pinot Noir.
Palate: The fruity is supported by a good tannic structure that carries the wine without hardening it.
Guard: Good to drink in two or three years. Keep a maximum of four to six years.
After a rigorous sorting of the harvest, it is scraped and put in concrete vats. Cold maceration for ten days with pigeages and pumping over, then alcoholic fermentation for 8 days. After racking and assembling the press wine, the wine is put in casks.
