Nose : Expressive with a blend of fresh fruits and white flowers.
Palate : Mineral on entry, the midpalate is more fat with a pretty nice length.
Laying : Drink after two or three years or lay down for four to six years depending on the vintages.
No destemming but a crushing before the pneumatic pressing. After the pressing, half the must is put in barrels (average age of the barrels : 4 years) and the other half is put in a stainless steel tank.
