Palate: The wine is rich and complex: the fruity blend with floral aromas and the whole is supported by a beautiful vivacity. In addition, the high age of the plot gives it great persistence.
Good to drink in two or three years. To keep maximum between eight and ten years depending on the vintage.
The must is directly put into barrels after pressing where the alcoholic and malolactic fermentations are made, fully aged in casks with 20% new oak.
