After pressing, the must is directly put into barrels where the alcoholic and malolactic fermentations take place. Aged entirely in barrels with 15% new barrels.
Nose : The wine is thin and mineral with white flower notes. Palate : Precise and fresh at first, the midpalate is complex, blending minerality with a nice fruity flavor. Drink after two or three years or lay down for seven to nine years depending on the vintages.
