After pressing, the must is directly put into barrels where the alcoholic and malolactic fermentations take place. Aged entirely in barrels with 15% new barrels.
Nose : The wine is thin and mineral with white flower notes. Palate : Precise and fresh at first, the midpalate is complex, blending minerality with a nice fruity flavor. Drink after two or three years or lay down for seven to nine years depending on the vintages.

Wrong wine delivered
A very bad experience. I ordered the 2014 St. Aubin Les Frionnes from Francois and Denis Clair. I received the 2015 instead, and this wine is poor in comparison with the 2014. I tried one bottle, which confirmed my fears. So I have paid for a case of wine I don't want or like.
