A place where time seems to have stopped, almost wanting to protect the gifts that its wild and unspoiled territory has given us for centuries. Thanks to the wise hand of man, he gives us a cannonau that shows itself in its fullness and territoriality.
The hand, in this case, is that of Giuseppe Gabbas and the wine is the Dule, obtained from grapes coming from vines of about 40 years. At the sight this cannonau is ruby red with grenade reflections. Wide complexity of perfumes, with blackberry and plum in the open, leaving space for notes of vanilla, chocolate and coffee. On the palate it is soft and warm, counterbalanced by a good freshness and sapidity. Tannins live but enjoyable. Closure is fruity and persistent.
A wine that reflects the territory, thanks to a conscious use of wood that does not alter its features. A cannonau that accompanies the strong flavors of Sardinian cuisine: roasts and seasoned cheeses.
