The autochthonous variety Ribolla Gialla is grown exclusively in Friuli. Particularly in the Collio area, it has an exotic scent of tangerine peels and a fresh acidity.
The grapes are harvested by hand and fermented after 24 hours Crio-maceration at a controlled temperature in stainless steel vats. More aging on the lees. Exotic nose tangerine peel, apple and pear on the palate, round and creamy with reverberation.
