The fruit for this wine comes from their CCOF Certified Organically farmed Estate. Blending three clones gives the Chardonnay a wonderful flavor, structure, and beautiful acidity. This vintage is softer and riper than many previous vintages of Handley Estate Chardonnay, yet remains true to house style with low alcohol and good structure. This wine shows flavors of Granny Smith apple, guava, lime and pineapple finishing with coconut and spice imparted from the barrels.

Californian Chardonnay from Handley Cellars and hailing from the Anderson Valley, a slightly cooler area of Northern California perfect for growing the classic Burgundian varieties of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The cooler climate combined with winemakers subtle use of oak and minimal intervention produce Chardonnay of great structure and ripe fruit flavours.
