As crisp as a Granny Smith apple, our Chardonnay contains a pleasant blend of rich almond, hazelnut and honey aromas.
Our grapes were harvested at the optimal time in the season Central Valley in California, when the fruit is ripe and juicy. The grapes were vinified with care and passion by skilled winemakers. After the initial maceration natural yeasts fermented the wine for 15 days. The wine is oak aged on lees for 6 months.
