Grape destemming. Maceration and fermentation for about 12 days in vertical ducks. Crushing, pressing and malolactic fermentation followed by transfer into partially new barriques. Aging for a period of 15 months. Travaso and bottling after light filtration.
Dark red color. Intense nose of small dark berries, spices, pepper, cherries and vanilla. On the palate, soft, round, with deep aroma, without acid and tannic impediments.
ACCOMMODATION: barbecue, olive oil grill.
