Coming from a single vineyard of Cabernet Sauvignon of the Berici Hills, the first introduction of Cabernet in Italy.

Production: about 7,000 bottles of 0,75 l; 300 magnum 1.5 l
Maceration and fermentation of grapes for 14 days in vertical ducks. Drinking, pressing and malolactic fermentation. Trapped in new barriques. Aging for 18 months. Bottling and bottling after light filtration.
Further aging in the bottle for twelve months.
The grapes produce a very intense, enveloping and persistent flavor. The obtained wine is of a very dark, dark red color. Exuberant nose of small dark berries, cherries and vanilla. On the palate very powerful, of great phenolic, soft and round fruit, fruity without acid and tannic impediments. The final is very long.
