For Rully "Montmorin" wine, Chardonnay grapes are harvested by hand from 24-year-old vines growing on the territory of the vineyard Montmorin, located in the southern part of the appellation Rully. The wort obtained after soft pressing of grapes is fermented in oak barrels, most of which are used for the second or third year, and only 10% of them are brand new. The final aging of wine on a thin sediment lasts up to 10 months.
The wine has an elegant golden yellow color with subtle greenish reflections.
The wine attracts a fresh, elegant taste with notes of lime, green apple and minerals, with piquant sourness and an intriguing aftertaste.
The pure, refreshing aroma of wine reveals notes of candied fruits, orange and lemon peel.
Wine is preferably served in a variety of fish dishes or seafood. It is especially well combined with stewed eels.
