Jezreel Valley Chardonnay 2014 is made from grapes harvested in a Jerusalem hills vineyard. The grapes were handpicked, fermented and aged in oak barrels for 8 months. This is a classic Chardonnay with balanced acidity and rich fruit aromas.
The 2014 Jezreel Valley Chardonnay is a single vineyard Chardonnay from the Jerusalem Hills. It is a delicate and balanced wine, made with minimal intervention in order to bring out the full expression of the fruit. Aged 8 months in French oak barrels, the wine has medium acidity and body, along with great fruit aromas (think yellow apple) as well as an extended finish.
Pairs well with fine, rich fish, grilled veal chops with mushrooms or late summer vegetables such as red peppers, corn, butternut squash and pumpkin. Part of the Jezreel Valley Collection.
