On the palate it is soft and with an excellent structure with well-refined tannins that ensure elegance and softness. Persistent finish characterized by the excellent balance between acidity and structure.
Perfect in combination with typical dishes of the Venetian tradition based on both fish and meat. We suggest you try it with a classic like capon alla vicentina or with sardines in saòr.
