Three vineyards planted in 1988, 1989 and 2001 are part of Chablis Saint Pierre. The grapes are exclusively vinced in stainless steel and fermented with natural yeast. The wine will then rest on its fermentation without battonage until bottling.
Color: Light yellow.
Scent: Young and fruity with citrus, green apples, flint stone and oyster shell.
Taste: Very fresh, slightly viscous and youthful fruity flavor with citrus, apples and minerals.
