This Calvados Pays d'Auge spends several months in a small cask of fresh oak and is then transferred into mature barrels, bringing out the more subtle flavours of the wine.
Coppery walnut color with medium legs. There's lots of baked apple fruit to the nose, along with cinnamon and nutmeg. Silky in texture and loaded with dry, baking apple fruit. There's a solid backbone and nice structure.
