The 2017 Rose D’Aonjou shows a delicate salmon pink color and a nose full of aromas of strawberries and cherries. The palate is elegant, sweet, supple and fruity, with enticing flavors of wild strawberries and red cherries. Very fruity, well-balanced, good length brought about by sucrosity.
This wine is a delicious start to any meal and pairs well with cheeses, cold pasta salads, seafood and appetizers such as fried calamari and spinach/artichoke dip.
