Wine golden straw color. The taste of wine is soft, fresh, balanced, with notes of minerals, flowers and almonds, with a subtle sourness and a long, seductive finish. The complex, refreshing aroma of the wine is replete with hints of nectarine, peach, quince, pear, minerals, herbs and toast. Wine is served to seafood, light meals of white meat and vegetables.
Rounded fruit with a wonderfully linear trajectory make this a worthwhile food companion. This is a wonderful expression of the indigenous Austrian Zierfandler.
