A complex and juicy white wine, characterized by a clear golden color with tempting fruit aromas.
This wine is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown in Israel's Galilee. Grapes are matured 11 months in new French oak barrels.
The Chardonnay grapes were harvested and brought to the winery in the early morning hours. The grapes were immediately squeezed delicately and rapidly in order to achieve a high-quality white grape juice. The squeezed grape juice was transferred to chilled stainless steel tanks in order to separate the clear juice from the lees. Following the decanting process, yeast was added and alcoholic fermentation began in order to preserve the wine’s aromas. Following three days fermentation in the tank, the Chardonnay fermenting wine was transferred to new French oak barrels to finish the fermentation process and maturation.
