This unique blend presents cherry and boysenberry aromas with hints of cinnamon and baking spice. Nutmeg and toasty oak flavors segue into a long, chocolate-y finish that would disarm the fiercest of dragons. Malbec brings a diversity of fruit to the palate; Petit Verdot contributes color and structure while Cabernet Sauvignon offers dark fruits.
Dragon’s Tooth is wonderful with all manner of beasts. Some favorites are roast beef, grilled steak or roasted lamb. The wine also shines with charcuterie, rich cheddar cheeses and cassoulet.
