This incredible 2016 vintage Bordeaux is a brilliant ruby red color.
This incredible 2016 vintage Bordeaux is a brilliant ruby red color. The vines are grown in the southern plateau and northern Calcareous lands and aged in stainless steel tanks in a temperature controlled climate.
The results give this 75% Merlot and 25% Cabernet aromas filled with spices and fruits Pair this with steaks, roasted chicken, and game.

I ordered wine and received an email notifying me that some bottles would experience delays. They asked if I wanted to replace (where they would suggest a similar option) or wait, and I wanted to know what replacement they suggested. No response. So, I decided to replace and emailed again indicating this. Heard nothing back for days until I finally emailed again asking for an update. They told me AGAIN that bottles would be delayed. So I said yes I know, but I indiciated I'm good with a replacement. Anyway... Finally they shipped but goodness the wine was not worth all of that trouble. The wines were good no doubt, but probably not ordering from here again.

Good at its price point.
This blend is very drinkable now (July 2018) even though it is a young wine. Good with red meat. I haven't yet tried it with other foods.
