It's hard to pinpoint exactly what it is that makes wines from Chateau Musar so distinct. I guess it's a combination of ripe red fruit density and dusty earthiness combined with a little bit of a dirty cellar funk and spice. Whatever it is, this wine certainly has it.
This second bottling of the more prestigious 'Chateau Musar' encapsulates the character and distinctiveness of its older brother without quite the price tag. Ultimately this is a perfect introduction to Chateau Musar, the iconic wine producer of Lebanon. There is a lot of wine in this bottle for the price tag."
