Vineyard: Floors of alluvial origin, loose structure and very permeable. Special handling of pruning, irrigation and canopy to obtain low yields and grapes of the highest quality.
Composition: 70% Malbec, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Merlot.
Vinification: Manual harvest at the end of April. Selection of bunches in vineyard and selection table at the entrance of the winery. Putting fermentation tank by gravity. Fermentation by selected yeasts at controlled temperatures, 24-26 ° C for 14 days. Maceration post fermentation for 20 days.
Aging: 100% aged 18 months in new French oak barrels.
Tasting notes: Deep red color with black notes and violet tints. On the nose great intensity of red and black fruits, spicy notes and minerals. Its aging in French oak barrels gives it aromas of vanilla, tobacco and chocolate. In the mouth, full palate and concentrated, mature tannins, complex and velvety with a persistent finish and great elegance. Its fruity and mineral sensations express an elegant long-lasting wine.
