Nestled in the town of Husseren-les-Châteaux, Kuentz-Bas sits at one of the highest points in Alsace. This region has been part of France and Germany over the past centuries.
German grape, such a Riesling, dominate the vineyards, but they are made in a drier, more linear style. Hints of green apple and lemon introduce a mineral-driven, dry white. Flavors tend emerge with food.
