The nice thing about this Alsatian Pinot Blanc is its plump taste with fresh fruit flavors of apple, pear and some orange. Not sweet, but soft and therefore he is as pleasant to drink as glass on himself, possibly with a piece of cheese. He comes from the winery Kuentz-Bas, which was founded in 1795 by Joseph Kuentz. In 1918, a marriage between a Kuentz and a Bas led to Kuentz-Bas. The Bas family is still active in the company. The term 'Tradition' on the label is therefore appropriate.
