Cucina Marsala Fine I.P. Lombardo has been making Marsala on Sicily since 1881. This particular one has been made with the kitchen very much in mind. Full of nuttiness with plenty of character and flavour, it's perfect for Zabaglione and Tiramisu.
A blend of catarratto and grillo, it is rich and warm with roasted notes and dried fruit flavors. Also very handy to have in the kitchen for preparing a host of Italian desserts.
