Great Legs , Dark ripe fruit on the nose with strong tannins and medium acidity. Long dry silky Finish . I recommend trying. VERY nice. Strong at the opening and weak afterwards. Still beautiful at opening. Too tarnish on day two. It lost the balance.
Smooth nose, earthy with a hint of spice. Oak on the finish, smooth and tannins are mild throughout. Opened up as we sat. Great.
All I have to say is WHOA! (Not really, y'all know DWG!) This CabSauv contains 3% Petit Verdot and hails from the lower portion of the Stags Leap district. Herbaceous earth, licorice, cassis, coffee, and a medicinal note on the finish. Tannic yet super polished. Should age incredibly well.
