 Dark red in colour with slight purple rim. Rich berry nose which carries on to the palate. Good acidity. Sour cherries. Needs to be paired with simething fatty.

Mr. Paolo Manzone is doing great things with his 25+ year old Dolcetto vines from single vinyard “Magna”. 2015 vintage and already showing such an open bouquet with aromas of crushed blueberries, sour cherries, tea leafs, rose petals & a hint of sage. Puristic notes also on the palate. Smooth & slightly concentrated with a mouthwatering-refreshing acidity and long persistency – cherries everywhere! Stoney mineral flavours add to it and push it to a fruity-balanced finish!
