THAT'S HOW DOLCETTO HAS TO BE! Mr. Paolo Manzone is doing great things with his 25+ year old Dolcetto vines from single vinyard “Magna”. 2015 vintage and already showing such an open bouquet with aromas of crushed blueberries, sour cherries, tea leafs, rose petals & a hint of sage. Puristic notes also on the palate. Smooth & slightly concentrated with a mouthwatering-refreshing acidity and long persistency – cherries everywhere! Stoney mineral flavours add to it and push it to a fruity-balanced finish!
