Producer
A native of Montreal and an adventurer at heart, Pascal Marchand has had an illustrious career in the wine industry, including significant tenures in Burgundy - first at Domaine du Comte Armand in Pommard and later with the Boisset family, where he launched Domaine de la Vougeraie. Pascal subsequently developed numerous working relationships in Beaujolais, Minervois, California, Canada, South America and Australia, adding to his resume and establishing himself independently as a winemaker and consultant. In 2006, Pascal launched his own Burgundian micro-negotiant business. The production has been marketed under Marchand-Tawse since Pascal formed a partnership with his long-time fellow Canadian friend, Morey Tawse.
Pascal Marchand / Moray Tawse: An association that gives birth to bottles of high rank !! Who says Big Name, says Great Wine! And it is not with this Chambolle Musigny from Marchand-Tawse that you will be disappointed ... An explosive entry on the black fruit and a little spicy touch that will liven up your taste buds! A total breeding for 17 months, a transition in oak and no filtration. The result is a superb liquid very dense, woody and remarkably balanced ... Beautiful Burgundy wine!
