Five different vineyard plots, all 1er Cru, have given life to the "Vintage" cuvée of Paul Goerg. Left to rest in bottles no less than six years before disgorgement, it is a Brut that combines richness, aromaticity and complexity like few other Champagne can do. Light golden yellow to the eye, with a thin, elegant and long-lasting perlage. The nose is complex and refined at the same time, characterized by buttery notes, flavors of caramel and almond paste, tones of tropical fruit and vanilla nuances. The mouth is sapid, fresh and citrus, with clear references to grapefruit. Rich, structured and persistent tasting.
PAIRINGS
To combine with refined preparations, you can marry both with noble poultry and with crustaceans. Excellent with grilled prawns with butter.
