Roux Pere & Fils Chablis 2016

A lively, pure expression of the varietal’s cultivation in the terroir, Roux Chablis is bursting with bright citrus notes balanced by flinty, mineral qualities lended from the clay and chalk soil. The finish is long and smooth. Vinified entirely in stainless steel tanks on fine lees, the wine rested for several months prior to bottling.
