Straw yellow with greenish reflections, the nose reveals white fruit fragrances, hawthorn, yellow melon and light smoky notes. The taste is sharp, concentrated in the mineral vein, clean and coherent in the olfactory returns, towards an infinite trail of freshness that leaves the mouth free from any fatness.
